Rate Information
• Weekend rates apply for any Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday night combination
• Multiple discounts do not apply on various promotions and packages
• Rates subject to change without notice
• Weekly and monthly rentals available

Our Deposit Policy
• One night deposit is required.
• Prepayment in its entirety is required for all Christmas/New Year's reservations, and is due by 11/1
  or at the time reservation is made if after 11/1.
• Single midweek reservations require a credit card guarantee.
• Your room will be guaranteed until 4:00 pm on your arrival date.
• If you need to cancel a single midweek reservation, and do not cancel by 4:00 pm, you will be responsible for the cost of the room.

Cancellation Policy
• For reservations cancelled 45 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in its entirety.
• For reservations cancelled 14-44 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refunded less 50%
• For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, the deposit in non-refundable.
• The deposit and cancellation policy is in effect for all reservations regardless of circumstance.
